Since 2017, Japxican has been serving up Evans Head’s boldest flavour mash-up. You can keep it classic with Mexican favourites like tacos, burritos and nachos, or lean into the Japxican side with sushi, rice bowls and bento bowls. The menu also packs in juicy burgers, fresh salads, and daily specials worth coming back for.

But the real fun starts when they mash up the menus! Think signature karaage chicken wrapped in a burrito or tempura salmon with seaweed salad on a taco. There’s no shortage of gluten-free and vegetarian options to dive into, too.
