Every element of this home has been thoughtfully executed, including a light filled open plan living area that seamlessly adjoins an elevated entertaining deck, high raked ceilings, 2 comfortable King size bedrooms and a private yard that is fully fenced to accommodate those travelling with smaller pets.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 x King Beds + built in bunk or if you’d prefer, the 2nd bedroom can be split to accommodate 2 single beds + bunk.

Adjacent to the property is the Evans Head Bowling Club, perfect for those wanting to kick off their shoes and enjoy some bare foot bowls and a beer. Main Beach is just a stones throw away, and the local cafes and eateries are just a short stroll from the property.

Belle C - 22nd June 2024"My new fav air bnb i will be back here for sure. north facing so sun on deck from 8am till 4pm, dog friendly so perfect for me , was walking distance to beach, the surfclub for coffee over looking the surfers catching waves, walking distance to town, the illawong pub has great food and dog friendly, stray cafe also good, the thai place and the mexican. do a food shop before you go at coles or woolies as the iga and spar dont cut it if you down for more than a few days, ballina woolies only 20 mins away. good tip if you have dogs, walk towards the surfclub kiosk and to the left of the bathrooms is a path that goes thru bush takes you straight to the offlead dog part of the beach, otherwise you will walk along the roads and paths and walking thru the bushtrack so much prettier. the offlead dog beach is also where 4 wheel drives can go on beach so always watch your pups, also the drift girls so lovely easy to communicate with and super friendly xx"
Perfect spot
Hedgie G - 8th May 2024Park Lane is a perfect spot for a family holiday in Evans Head. Modern, stylish, super clean and a great private location just a short walk to the beach, bowing club and main street in town. We stayed for a week with our two kids - they loved the back yard and location. And our dog loved it too - the yard is fully fenced and there's even a dog bed! We had a small issue with the key (our fault!) and Drift + Stay were super responsive. Couldn't fault the service or our stay :-) Thank you!

The house was well equipped with most things we needed. Some oven gloves for handling hot food and some cooking utensils would be helpful in the kitchen! We will be back for sure!

Pet and child friendly, minimalistic but luxurious with all the comforts of home, and then some. With two decades of experience in tourism, I am infrequently, positively surprised by accommodations. I can confidently say, this was the most well appointed and considerate property I've experienced (without a 5 star price tag). You will need for nothing.
