You will feel right at home at Wattleseed and its quaint 1950's design with high ceilings and timber floorboards adding to that beautiful cottage feel. Superbly located in the heart of Evans Head, it is a 500m walk to the Main Beach, 400m to the Evans River, cafes, and the Illawong Hotel. Not to mention it is also located adjacent to the Bowling Club, grab a beer and enjoy some bare foot bowls with the family.

The house is beautifully furnished, has great appliances and spacious. It is just a short walk to the main st to cafes, bakery and shops, kiosk on the river front and surf club. A short drive away is a dog friendly beach 😊

Little extras including beach towels, toiletries, robes included. A lovely back yard perfect for relaxing in the sun and giving the dog a run with very secure fencing. The house is really well located just a short walk from the water, the shops and the various spots to eat, and also the new park which the kids loved. The house is well appointed and comfortable, very cool on hot days and very helpful to be dog friendly. Comfy beds, towels and sheets, and great to have beach towels too. Thanks to the lovely owners for another great stay.
